Heat pump cage

I need to get a cage to cover my heat pump compressor unit to deter it from being stolen again. I'm thinking of something that covers the front, top and sides and gets bolted on to the house (brick) and the ground (concrete). It would need to have a door that could be padlocked shut but opened when we need to access the compressor. The compressor unit measures approximately 900mm wide x 1000mm tall x 500mm deep and there is a pipe that goes up the wall of the house that would need to be accommodated in the top panel. It is right by the front door so I'd like the panels to be some sort of decorative perforated sheet so that it looks nice, rather than flat bar.
