Fab and install security barrier between two bollards

Hi, thanks for taking the time to look at this job. I need a removable barrier to go between two bollards which are 4m apart. The photo shows in orange, the proposed barrier bar between the bollards. The bollards scribbled out in red would be removed I was thinking there could be a way of attaching heavy duty brackets to the bollards which would hold a 4m steel square tube. Also interested in a swinging barrier, gate as an alternative. Open to any suggestions
