Rug stand

I have a stainless steel stand that I need building for holding rug samples. It needs to be in an arch shape, with dimensions at the bottom 1400mm x 1200mm. It needs to be designed so the rungs can be screwed into place and taken out to flatpack stand for travel. More details attached. Finish: powdercoated black The stand is required to be completed by 10th October.
