Altering metal fireplace fencing to fit new layout #2

We did a home reno and the fireplace got moved. We have an existing protective metal fence that I hope can be modified to fit the new location. Some sections will need to be separated and I think one section will need to either be lengthened or separate one shortened to fit Job would also require fitting of fence to existing wall and black wall shield on the right. Will need someone to come to site to see the modifications required.
