building a metal and wire netting frame around a berry garden and pond

currently I have the pond and berries protected using garden arches and bird netting. Recently I saw this structure around a frog pond and wondered how much it would cost to build. The aim is the keep birds, rats and cats out and the frogs in. I would also like some kind of door so that I can access the space. I was thinking the structure would need to be about 2x 3x2 metres with sides and a top but not bottom. Thoughts?
