Repair rust issue under std 6x4 trailer

There are several rust holes in the bottom of the horizontal subframe box section steel bar at the front of trailer (see photo) attached to drawbar and other frame parts front of trailer). Rust could be cut out then patched but probably best to replace the box section bar. It is 1600mm long and cross section 50mm x 20mm Must be brought to warrantable standard. There are no other issues.
