Small welding job on trailer

The 'eye' that connects the safety chain to the bar of my trailer is cracked and needs to be fixed with a bit of welding. Either fixing the cracks or cutting it off and welding a new one on. I am happy to bring the trailer to you if easier but am needing it completed by the 10th so we can head away camping.
