Removal and Re Powder coating of a vehilcle, pedestrian gate and Balustrade

I have a 10 or so year old Vehicle/pedestrian gate in aluminum which is starting to look a little tired. Also an approx 5-meter long steel balustrade that also needs re powdercoating. The steel balustrate has some small rust spots that will require treatment. Id like a quote to remove and refinish this and refit, please. In terms of removal, the only difficulty is can see will be the balustrade, as it is quite large but is easily enough removed from the block as it's affixed with bolts to the concrete.
