Replace glass panels with Air Louvres

We are looking at changing one if our door glass panels to air louvre/vent for passive airflow. Must be water and dust resistant. Please see attached photo of glass door and maybe also the panel above the door we will change. Supply and install. Glass panel dimensions 980x870mm 980x890mm 1110x640mm
