Heavy gate hinge is wearing through. Gate will fall off eventually. Photo 1 shows gate hanging at an angle. I need a repair or complete new design for the top hinge shown in photo 2. Photo 3 shows the wear of the hinge looking from top. The hinge pin with the hex head wont turn using a socket wrench even when the weight is taken off - seems frozen.
