Pull-up rig with rotating bar

I am looking to create a pull-up rig with a few special features. I have attached some videos and photos of what I am looking for. The exact specifications are not confirmed. I have some ideas in my mind like how high it needs to be, how thick the bar needs to be etc. but it would be great if I can talk to you on the phone before confirming these things. Please refer to the attached images for a reference of what sort of item I am looking for. I am really just looking for a simple rig that allows a person to do pull-ups, with a few simple modifications, as listed below. The special features are as follows: 1. Rotating bar. From my knowledge, there are 2 main methods of creating this rotating bar. First, it is to use a sort of connection as shown in the video attached to this email named "Rotating-bar-close-up_1.mp4". For this video, please notice the right-hand side of the video, it may need to be replayed a few times to have a clear view of how it rotates. The second, it is to use a thicker tube on top of a slimmer tube for the pull-up bar, so it rotates. Please let me know if you have any other ideas as to how to get it rotating. 2. Ability to disassemble the rig and assemble again with little equipment and technical expertise (while maintaining the strength to hold the weight of a heavy adult). 3. Ability to change the height of the bar with little equipment and technical expertise - for this special feature, we are happy to consider omitting, but it would be perfect if the final product has this feature.
