Wire Balustrade

Job description

Structural Steelwork
Auckland

I have a 700mm gap between a concrete retaining wall and a Louvre that needs a wire balustrade as per council safety requirements. I need approx. 6 steel poles to be cemented in place behind the wall (potentially bolted to wall as well), and marine wire to be fixed horizontally at 90mm intervals to fill the space. Materials including Zenith wire and wire balustrade kits (e.g. tensioners) can be picked up from Bunnings. A wire mesh screen also from Bunnings can then be fastened onto the horizontal wires to prevent climbing and to pass council inspection.

Vimlesh was responsive and completed the work within a reasonable timeframe on budget and to a high quality. With some detailed plans from the architect he completed a 10M x 1M powdercoated steel frame and horizontal wire balustrade and designed a similar style handrail himself. Both were installed within the timeframe he gave to a good standard. Would recommend to anyone.
