2 Story building washdown - Urgent time frame

We have a large 2 story property that we would like washed. The property has a build up of road film, cobwebs and general grime, mould and dirt. The property has good access all round. The paint is sound, so it needs to be some sort of low to medium pressure wash-down. A chemical wash-down would be preferred. We do not want the paint work damaged as the property has been painted approximately four years ago. We would like the concrete paths and retaining walls also cleaned down using high pressure washing. We are wanting the job completed reasonably quickly, but are happy to pay immediately on completion of the work to make up for the urgency! If the price is attractive and the workman ship is good, there is the opportunity to take on the programmed washing of all of the properties we manage (approx. 40).
