roof spraying and gutter clean - minor

I have patches of lichen on the colour steel roof (say up to 20 and I would supply spray) and also a patch of grass growing in the guttering over the door which causes gutter to overflow when it rains. Because of the sloping (not steep) section, the roof can be accessed from the back without a ladder but on the front it is two storey so either a tall ladder or a harness would be needed to safely remove the grass from the gutter. I estimate this work could be done in one hour.
