Remove paint from interior brick walls

This project is to remove multiple layers of paint from brick walls. The total area to be stripped is approx 50m^2. We've done a test panel that shows the desired outcome (see last photo). Our test (done with a product called "Peel Away" from Colorex) suggested a cost in materials of around $30 per m^2 and approx. 1 hour total per m^2. Our process requires scrubbing with sugar soap/water after the Peel Away product is removed with a scraper. You may adopt this method or may have a superior method. The final result will have some paint left behind for an aged look. We are ready for the work to begin immediately.
