Roof clean
Job description
There is lichen on my coloursteel roof. I would prefer that a professional worked on it to spray it down , e.g. with wet and forget. Some of the roof is steep and is two stories high. Roof area covers about 250 sq m.

After initial treatment of the roof, much of the moss did not come off because it was too baked on. After two weeks, they returned and scrubbed the roof clean removing all residual moss and lichen manually. There was no extra cost for this. I was happy with their communication and the fact that they stuck to the original agreement despite requiring more time to complete the work.
