Cleaning and staining one side of a two storey cedar town house

My Hataitai town house has cedar cladding which needs to be stained. Before I do so, I need orange moss (or mould?) to be cleaned from the cedar on one side of the house (see photos). I understand this might require chemical cleaning rather than just water blasting. While I can reach other walls of the house, the pictures show the one side of the house that I will be unable to reach myself. I am just after a tradie to treat and stain this one side. I am flexible time wise but am keen to get this done over summer while the weather is fine. After quotes please! Thanks in advance.
