Job description
Hi there, I would like a quote to complete a softwash for a 2.5 bedroom house (90m2) in west auckland. Area to wash 1. Four and all exterior sides of the main house including gutter and eaves to ground level weatherboard cladding. Must be soft wash please. 2. Take care and do not disturb the brick chimney and roof tile. 3. Wipe down windows and doors, don't waterblast. 3. Quarry tile patio floor also soft wash/scrub. Do not waterblast. 4. Fresco shade and 5 curtains and roof (40m2) - 3 sided to wipe down both outside and inside, do not waterblast. Please let me know an estimated cost. Tenants on property need to give advance notice before your visit. Thanks Pauline

Sam's painters have completed the painting work on time but have further corrrective work. Sam was very good, he rectified them and gave us a 12 months warranty on his workmanship.
