Tile roof wash and removal of mould/lichen
Job description
Hi We'd like a quote for removing the mould, lichen and mildew washed off of our roof - without damaging the tiles, or spraying up under them. A chemical treatment would be perfect but we are looking to get the house on the market in 6 weeks so this might not be enough time for the stuff to breakdown and wash off? We're worried a powerwash will damage and the last time we they blasted stuff right through into our roof cavity. The house is single story and about 70m2 with easy access to front and back, and a driveway to park any gear. I think the tiles are Monier Centurion concrete tiles Thanks!
