Roof Spray, Gutter Clean & Eaves Wash

My 1950s 4-bedroom bungalow has a concrete tile roof and cladding on the exterior. It is a single level in most places with a basement garage and deck at front. I don't want anyone to walk on the tiles, and previous tradesmen have been able to spray the entire room from below. Other requirements: 1. My concrete tile roof needs to be sprayed with a moss and mould treatment 2. A clean of the gutters and any debris removed 3. Under the eaves to be washed 4. The solution needs to be effective but non-toxic to any plants and animals
