3 bedroom house,double story, bottom story has blocks. Only top story needs sanding approximately 200 square Meters. Roof is 90 square meters. Waterblasting includes five fences totalling 300 square meters, concrete driveway totalling 150 square meters. Waterblaster is available as well as two machine sanders. Labour only is needed.
