Exterior house clean

The exterior of the house and garage/sleep out needs a good wash. The house is a standard weatherboard, 3 bedroom, 60's ex state house and the sleep out/garage is painted aluminium. The roof of the garage also needs cleaning. The work needs to be done within the next month.

Softwash exterior villa

I have a three bedroom villa in cambridge that needs a softwash clean. Two walls will be quite dirty as no sun reaches them, others are in good condition and just need a clean up. Spouting and gutters too please. The property is rented. Only house needs cleaning not the garage.

Tile roof and gutter clean

Clean tile roof and guttering of single level house with a 302m2 floor plan. Roof also extends over approx 16m2 alfresco area. Extensive gardens surround part of the house. A long pergola also extends off one part of the house. House is supplied by rain water off the roof and water pressure is very weak.
