Roof cleaning - Papamoa

We have a 4-bedroom home in Papamoa that needs the roof cleaned and all lichen, algae etc removed. Attached is a photo of the drawings and the house (photo taken a few years ago during construction) to give you an idea of the area, material and roof pitch to be cleaned. It is a one-story home. There is no scaffolding in place - is this required? Water and electricity will be supplied. Please provide a quote to do the job and your availability during May. Thank you.
