Chemical wash of three storey house

We take possession of our new house on Tuesday 28 June. ASAP (next day?) we would like to chemical wash it from top to bottom, including the roof and gutters but EXCLUDING the rear deck and all paths and driveways. It is a duplex, ie it's the LEFT side of the house in the photo, from left of the white Mercedes. The current tenants are nearly moved out so go for a walk around if you want.. 10a Seaway Terrace, Otumoetai. Cheers :)
