5 Apartment Blocks in Orewa require sweeping and spraying of their roofs.

We have 5 three story apartment blocks, all with parapets & harness connection points, They are long run iron with Butynol gutters on either side. We require a price to sweep all the roofs, remove all the debris from site & to spray treat all the roofs and gutters with a moss & lichen product to do the job. We do not want it water blasted. Each block has its own roof access trap door. This job is for the apartment blocks only and does not include the garages attached to each block which can be seen in the aerial photo. The debris is mostly from the large Norfolk Pines overhanging the blocks. The contractor must have his/her own safety harness and appropriate certification. Ideally we would like the work completed within 3 weeks however we are flexible to a degree. Please give us a work date that we could expect you if successful.
