Regular gutter clearing as preventive maintenance

Hi You have done a roof spraying job for us at our 33 Coates street property. We are looking for quotes for regular clearing of gutters for 3 properties including the 33 Coates. This is not an immediate job. We just want to organise someone who can do this on a regular basis - maybe once/twice a year. Can you provide your charges for such regular clearing, if possible? The other 2 properties are similar in size to the 33 coates property. Thanks CJ
