House wash soft brush and gutter clean

We have a couple of houses we want washed and treated with moss and mold lichen killer. I think it will need a soft brush we would like it done when the weather is clear for at least 2 days without rain. plus someone needs to clean out the gutters they have not been cleaned for some time so will need to be of a ladder to do it correctly a waterblaster will not remove the dirt as there are plants growing feel free to view 38 and 40 Morere st Titahi Bay Thank you
