Hi There, I was wondering if you can please provide me quote for the following 2 houses, although this is a joint quote each would need a separate invoices as payment will come from various sources. Both properties are located in Palmerston North in 2 different suburbs, although they are located about 5-6km from each other. Both houses are single level and I would like the garages included in the quotes please. House1 • Approx. 90 square metres • 3 bedrm • Single lounge • Detached garage guttering only 2 sides maybe 5x7 • Easy access all the way around, although please note at one point the ground level it quite a bit lower and there is gravel beneath, I used to access this portion from the deck near it and climb over the roof as my standard 6foot ladder would only just reach • Single outside tap, no available hose to use • Ground can be quite soft this time of year, probably half dirt half concrete, deck or gravel.. • Tenanted property so I would need to know if you would need any power. House2 • Approx. 220 square metres • 4 bedrm • Study • Separate lounge and family rooms • Garage attached • Easy access all the way around, apart from one point where a garden shed is closely located next to the house • There is a hose that could be used use and a number of taps to use around the house. • Ground is either concrete of decking pathway. There is a small portion where there is a vege garden, nothing growing in it right now but weeds so I don’t care if put you ladder in it but your ladder might sink.
