Tiled decks on level 4 apartment need an urgent clean up

I have two decks on my apartment, one about --- (approx), that need an urgent scrub and clean. I'm not sure if water blast equipment can be used as there's nothing to connect to...? The small deck is the worst, the larger deck just needs the grouting tidied up a bit. Photos attached of both decks. Haven't got time for Wet & Forget to activate.. need an instant clean up.
