Lichen removal + gutter clean

Have some lichen on the roof and needed to be removed. The house is an old villa with a roof that's fairly new. The roof area is around 170 m2. I also need the gutter clean as well and to have the mesh put on the gutter so leaves won't fly into it in the future. I'm happy to buy the mesh, I just need to know how much.
