Roof spraying / treatment for mould and mildew

We have a 5 Bedroom 2 storey house (dont know exact Sq mtr of roof) that we have not sprayed the tiled roof to prevent and remove mould and mildew for over 3 years. We were on a regular treatment plan prior to Covid Whilst its not too bad I have noticed its getting blacker in the tile gullys and the corner ridges - refer photos. We would prefer the long acting treatment
