Bought this house within the last year, we at least need the gutters cleaned but if you know how to inspect them for any issues that would be great. We have a leak with heavy downpours coming into our house via the ranch slider. In a unit block but a, single story house roughly 100m2. The internal garage side of our house is only accessible from the neighbours property or the roof (like the first photo but this is our property looking at our neighbours) max of 5 meters.
