Flatten, clean, fill in gravel driveway

Hello, I have a gravel driveway in Mangawhai Heads that's pretty destroyed by skidding car tires. I'd love for someone to come and flatten it and fill in with sand (or whatever is needed) to avoid this happening in the future. I have no concept of what this should coat so please let me know. I'd also like a quote for concreting it. Thanks!
