Driveway imperfections

Driveway was laid by a contractor in November 2022, We are not happy with the finish and said contractor has refused to take responsibility for the finish even though he said he would guarantee his work. So we have no other choice but to find somebody else to advise on how to correct imperfections in the newly laid driveway. The contractor in question put a drain at garage door to stop pooling of water, this is too short and water still pools at garage door and drain does nothing. Uneven brush finish, and overall poor finish.
