Drive way maintainence

I have an existing leg-in driveway - an easement for 8 properties running off Bryant Street Dunedin. (my property is 35a) It has pot holes and an area that floods due to an existing mudtank sump facility that is not working half way up the drive. I would like a quote to mill, gravel and compress the driveway approx 100mtrs long. we'd like to address flooding issue into council storm water or implement another solution for the flooding issue.
