Exterior water blasting
Job description
Water blast the following: 1950's concrete roof, and gutters - to get lichen off. Weatherboard exterior walls, to clean Exterior wall on one side is to be painted so that wall needs extra pressure to remove flaking paint. Water blast concrete surfaces. The house is 90m2 floor, not a large house, there is space to put up ladders, scaffolding on all sides, but one side is a shared driveway. Two sides have concrete, 2 sides grass. Because a lot of material will come off the roof, that will need to be captured before it goes down the drain and put in the rubbish. Ideally drop cloths or something is used so the dirt and grime does not go everywhere on the ground and garden.
