Roof clean, some gutters

First floor roof needs a clean. I’m selling the house so would usually wet and forget but I have about 2 weeks so waterblasting? or clean that can be seen immediately would be better. The first floor areas are overhangs. Don’t worry about second floor roof as that won’t impact impression as had that cleaned last year. I’ve added photos to show not too bad. Cleaned last year but as on main road, gets dusty then it rains to make grubby. Bonus if can wash a few parts of house under eves to make clean (house painted last year so only annoying cobwebs etc).
