House exterior cleaning + gutter clearing

Hi there Looking for someone to come and wash my rental property, as well as clearing the gutters. Single storey, 130m2 floor area, weatherboards. The house is 1930s, so would be good to keep it gentle. We are aware of some rotting weatherboards that require replacing at some point, but just after the wash for now. The gutters are also in a bit of a state and require clearing out before we get into autumn properly. Looks like there are some repairs needed there, so bonus points if you are able to do that too! I live in Auckland so don't have up to date photos unfortunately. Could possibly get my tenants to send some through, otherwise happy to answer questions, cheers. Jeremy
