Hi I would like to enquire please about some driveway creation and repair. We have three projects, which could be bid on together, or separately, as two different locations. 1. Terra Sancta Cellar Door - Felton Road, Bannockburn. We are moving the driveway to our Cellar Door. It is currently a chip road that we are planting over, and will move the driveway and parking area. It is current chip, which works ok, and could do that again, or asphalt. We are on Felton Road. Timing for this is probably around June. Drive is around 120m, parking area is about 35m by 15m 2. Terra Sancta Winery - Felton Road, Bannockburn. The drive to our winery needs repair, and possibly asphalting. Drive is 50m long, Parking area is about 20 x 30m. We have some building extensions to do, and may make sense to do those first. Timing for this tbd 3. Crown Terrace House. Driveway here needs repair. Some big potholes, and general pack is losing its structure. With winter coming up, would like to do this one soon. This is about 300m long, with a couple of turn around areas of 20x30m
