House washing for sale

Hi, I need to put a house on the market. It's a two story home. It was a standard 1960s 3 bedroom house that was lifted. It's on a gentle slope. It's down a driveway, but there are taps outside the house obviously. The upstairs is weatherboard/corrugated iron, the downstairs is fibrolite. As well as the house I'd want the small front porch washed and the bottom of the guttering. I'd like a separate quote please for the roof to be treated as well. Location New Windsor. Note, the house is quite old and dilapidated.
