I had asked for the job to be started at 8am I arrived 8.30 and still he had still not started. He complained about the water pressure then once job completed tried to charge a extra $100 because of low water pressure, as mentioned Scott your wagon should of had a header tank and this would not have been a problem . When I asked you to clean up the washed off paint chips by washing off deck you complained. I am sorry Scott your PR is not good. I would not use you again.

"I usually prefer to deal directly with home owners rather than through another contractor/organizer, & in this case I should have viewed the job first. I actually arrived 20 minutes before Nigel the "organizer" at 8.10 and spent 20 minutes meeting the owner, removing obstacles, and viewing the job before setting up which I was in the process of doing when Nigel arrived. I did not 'try' to charge an extra $100. As the job ended up taking twice as long as expected, I merely mentioned this fact and asked Nigel's thoughts on an increase in the final payment. Since switching to a more modern system without the need of a header tank, I have not had an issue with water pressure in the last two year. However had I have known or been told the pressure was so low I would have brought along my header tank. Despite the low water pressure I still managed to do a thorough job, including washing off decks and water-blasting the steps that was not mentioned when quoting. The feeling is mutual about any future dealings."
