Tile Roof Cleaning

Half of semi-detached, on hill so half would be two story height, ceramic tile roof. Requiring roof to be cleaned and any repairs done (shouldn't be much). Clean out spouting, shouldn't be much. . Please note: we would like two quotes one for our half of duplex, one for the entire building and we will split cost with neighbour. Our place is only 74 square metres so roof is small, theirs is about the same.
