"I have since spoken to home owner after he phoned me and questioned why he gave me a 3 in rating and he responded that it was because he didn't know how to get hold
of me. After finding the receipt I gave him with my free calling number on he was able to contact me and ask a question. He then said he would change my rating to a 5 if he could work out how.
