Clean spoutings

Spoutings are likely blocked as water is spilling over. If the brackets are sagging at one or two ends, they may need to be looked into. It is a single-story house on a level site, but a tall ladder will be required on this 1940s bungalow with plastic spoutings. A spouting clean on the outside would be good, too. Rats have been getting into the attic, so if that's an easy fix, please quote for that also.
