clean out fish pond

Hi, we have a fish pond that needs cleaning, it hasnt been cleaned in years, we shifted in a couple of months and gave it a go but didnt make much of a difference, Need someone with the right gear to suck out the green mess on the bottom, Pond is 3 mtr wide going down to about 0.5 wide,depth around 0.4, it is on the front of our house so you can drive right up to pond, it has about 25-30 goldfish in it
