Building platform earthworks

The core of the job is earthworks to remove approximately 270m3 of soil to form a flat building pad and a terraced, sloping pathway to access it. Please see attached for images. Finishing The flat site would require a brown metal finish and an appropriate drainage ditch at its southern and easterly perimeters to connect up with a stormwater overflow. We'll also require some shaping and extension of an existing turning circle on the driveway, which will mean removing a small amount of soil from a bank to the west of the property. Relocation of soil The soil will be used to build up the bank/retaining wall behind the property, as well as a level surface in front of the water tanks. Remaining fill will be positioned to the southwest of the building platform.
