Construct a driveway beginning at the property boundary with Oakura Road and follows the existing farm track for approximately 925m until it meets a future proposed building site in the central north of the property. There will be two offshoots from the driveway at approximately 400m and 600m to allow access to two building sites. At the site of each cabin, earthworks and levelling are required a building platforms of approximately 100sqm, along with two buried NaturalFlow waste treatment tanks and --- L freshwater storage tanks. Specification TBC following consultation with geotechnical engineer, landscape architect and earthworks contractor. The driveway will be trenched between both cabins to allow power from a solar array and battery storage house situated between the two. This section of trenching should also allow a data cable. The driveway must be constructed in a manner that it is not prone to damage from landslides and uses suitable materials, such as concrete or asphalt where gradients are too steep for gravel. The driveway must be suitable for use by heavy construction vehicles and should accommodate a 12m long, 3.1m wide, 30T vehicle for future constructions works.
