Remove Garden Dirt and concrete wall

We've finished our renovations and have a large amount of dirt left out the back, which we need to get taken away, plus a small amount of (low) concrete wall to be broken up as well. I don't have time to do it, would be a day's job to transfer to a skip, and would be interested to get someone in to remove it. Cheers, Steve
