Renovate two flats, add units

The job is to renovate two flats in an older two story house which was divided up into three flats in the 1930’s plus build two standalone single story units, possibly from kitsets supplied by another party. There is a two bedroom flat on the second story and on the ground floor there is a one bedroom flat with an adjacent two bedroom flat at the front of the house. The job is primarily to renovate the entire building to modern standards, incl. new kitchens and bathrooms in two flats and to demolish the rear flat to make way for two standalone units. This will include complete relining, rewiring and replumbing (as necessary) incl. gas for both existing flats and new services for units. All alterations are inside the existing roofline for the existing building. Possibly window frame replacement. Insulation of all units. Earthworks required for drive access and leveling plus low (< 2.4m) retainer walls to rear. Small amount of asbestos roof removal. Earthworks over about 300sqm but not high volumes to move (< 150m3 approx). Have draft pdf files of existing layout and some proposed plans, inlcuding cut and fill for earthworks that can be emailed. Some changes needed to these but general concept stands. Draft resource consent documents have been produced by MWH but changes are to be made before submission. Objective is to find a party to work with that can assist with estimated costing and act in an advisory capacity before finalising resource consent with planner and submission to WCC. Quotes then being provided in parallel with RC processing. Targetting RC submission February. Must be through one or two key primes, not individual services please.
