Fill, top soil and seed large area

After getting the gravel driveway concreted I have a large area I need filled. I have a large amount of fill, but we may need more and we will need a lot of top soil to put on top of the clean fill removed from the gravel driveway. I am after a decent finish to the top soil layer so I can mow with a ride on when the grass gets established. I also have two long drains (100m in total estimate) I'd like cleaned up and a small area of the gravel driveway that needs to be raised.
